Dan Worley

I was born in Stafford, grew up in Scotland, but now live in Leicestershire. I study Economics and Politics. I am a member of Keele Cross Country club, and I am Vice Captain of Athletics. I also enjoy Korfball.

I support Stafford Rangers (football), Leicester Tigers (Rugby Union) Hull (Rugby League) and Leicestershire (Cricket).

Why are you a Conservative? I believe in individual responsibility, the government providing a safety net to society, small government allowing the individual to prosper, and government that protects our security and liberty.

Who is your favourite Conservative of all time? Contrary to my parents who believed she was the devil, Margaret Thatcher is, in my opinion, the greatest ever Prime Minister. She saved this
country from self destruction, set the economy, and quashed outside
undemocratic threats to her power in all forms that they took, whether
it be the Unions, the Soviet Union, or Argentina.

Best part of NKCF? The atmosphere, the fact every body gets on and has a good time together,
and getting to discuss the politics of the day with people who have the
same broad viewpoints but lots a different variations and ideas on how
it should be done.
